General Information:

• Box Office Hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The box office opens at noon on event days.
• All programs, dates and times subject to change without notice.

Ordering Tickets:

GPAC is happy to provide you with 24-hour access to general box office information and flexibility with ticket orders.

• To pick up or purchase tickets in person, visit the GPAC box office at 1801 Exeter Road in Germantown between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and beginning at noon on the days of events.
• Ticket orders may also be mailed or faxed.
• GPAC accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
• Tickets must be paid for upon purchase. GPAC does not hold tickets without payment.
• Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use a purchased ticket, you may receive a tax donation letter in the value of the ticket by returning the ticket to the GPAC box office at least 5 days before the perrformance. Subscribers may exchange a ticket for another performance.

Ticketing Options:

• Subscription tickets may be ordered in person or by phone, mail or fax. Faxed orders must include credit card information.  GPAC Flex Subscriptions remain on sale through the season.
• Single tickets for GPAC subscription concerts go on sale the Tuesday after Labor Day.
• Discounts are available for groups. Reservations required. Contact the box office manager at 901-751-7510.
• Half price student tickets are available half an hour before every GPAC show, pending availability.

Handling Fees

• A $5.00 order fee will be added to each subscription.
• A handling fee of $3.50 will be added to each single ticket priced over $15.
• A $2 per ticket handling fee will be added to all Germantown Series, Dress Rehearsal and PB&J ticket prices.

Patron Access Services

• Due to fire codes, everyone (including infants) must have a ticket. Please do not bring children under three to major shows.
• Parents are advised to use their discretion when purchasing tickets for children. GPAC is not responsible for the content or material of performances.
• GPAC has reserved parking spaces for patrons with disabilities, seating areas for patrons using wheelchairs and accessible restrooms.  If you require accessible seating, please let the box office know at the time you make your reservation.
