GPAC's main stage fulfills a variety of rental needs; school band and dance shows, touring performance groups, graduations, lectures, movies, recording sessions, weddings, corporate meetings. We have even hosted dinners on the main stage. The stunning surroundings and attractive features of our intimate auditorium provides a truly a spectacular setting for any event.

The audience part of the main stage theater seats 824, 524 in the orchestra and 300 in the balcony. The stage is 60 feet deep and 95 feet wide with a proscenium opening of 45 feet. The stage has a counter-weight system and 57 hanging battens. State of the art lighting and sound equipment, along with an orchestra shell, orchestra risers, orchestra chairs, music stands, stand lights and a conductor's podium make up the resident equipment. While 824 might seem large as a meeting space, the acoustics in the main stage theatre are nearly perfect, and the theatre is truly intimate. The tip of the stage is no farther than 55 feet from the last row of seats.
