When do the doors open?
The front doors to the building open approximately one hour before curtain time and the doors to the seating open approximately one-half hour before curtain time. As a courtesy to performers and audience members, latecomers will not be seated until a suitable pause in the performance.
I need special seating and access—how do I make these arrangements?
Wheelchair accessible seating available. For any special seating arrangements (accessible seating, aisle transfer seats, etc.) please call the Box Office at (901) 751-7500.
Where is lost and found?
Items may be claimed at the GPAC Box Office Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call (901) 751-7500.
Is food served at the Auditorium?
Refreshments are available prior to the performance and during intermission for your convenience. Refreshments may be taken into the seating area at most but not all performances. Concession stands are located in the first floor and, for some events, the balcony lobbies.
May I take pictures at the show?
Cameras and recording devices are generally not permitted at events. Cell phones and other electronic devices must be silenced or turned off. We also request that guests refrain from text messaging as it is distracting to fellow audience members.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my infant?
As a courtesy to patrons and the performers, children ages 4 and under are not permitted in the theater, except for events specifically intended for children. All patrons must have a ticket for admittance and must be seated in their designated seat.
Any person who causes a disturbance will be asked to leave the auditorium without a refund.
